Keto? Atkins? Hey Folks Carbs are our friends, but they're not our BEST friends when we spend too much time with them.

- Nutrient deficiencies
The keto/kin's diets restrict many types of food, including fruits, whole grains, and legumes, which can lead to a lack of vitamins and minerals like calcium, potassium, and magnesium.
- Digestive issues
The keto/kin's diet can cause constipation and diarrhea, especially when you first start it. Eating more low-carb vegetables can help with this.
- Kidney stress
The keto/kin's diets contains more animal products than some people are used to, which can stress the kidneys and lead to kidney stones or kidney disease.
- Hypoglycemia

- Bone health
The keto/kin's diet can contribute to osteoporosis, which weakens bones and can make teeth looser.
- Concerned about Heart disease?
Sure sugars can damage arterial integrity and promote vascular disease, but, The keto/kins diet's high fat content may not be suitable for people with heart disease.
- Social isolation or disordered eating
